1) By joining our program you automatically agree these Terms of Service. Members that do not agree these terms should stop using our service and terminate their account immediately.2) We are not responsible for any losses and/or damages of any kind arising out of the relationship between you and our program
3) You are allowed to have one account per IP address or household. Do not try to create more than one account, as all of your accounts will be terminated and balances will be forfeited.
4) You have to provide a valid email address upon registering.
5) It has to be stressed that auto-click software is in any kind is prohibited. If we catch you using using this kind of software, your account will be terminated without notice.
6) PAYOUTS: All payouts are with PayPal and AlertPay you must have a Verified PayPal or AlertPay Account or you will not be paid...Payout Max. is the total amount you will get per payout and remainder of your request will be lost...
7) PAYPAY DISPUTES: will not help site or you, PayPal's Refund Policy will only apply to goods purchased and shipped not online services and you will not get a refund. So if you do your account will be Deleted and your Earning will be lost.
8) ALL MEMBERS Must Post Payment Proof in Forum Within 24 Hours of Payment or your next Payment will be delayed for up to 30 DAYS!!!!!! NO EXCEPTIONS.
9) Negative post in Forum will not be accepted in any way and will hurt site Revenues and you account will be Deleted no questions asked...No Suspention Just Delete of your Account and Earnings.
10) Your upline cannot be changed.
11) We remain the right to terminate your account in cases like, but not limited to, spamming, cheating or general misuse of the system.
12) All purchased items are non-refundable. Charge back or reverse transactions made on your purchases will lead to immediate account termination.
13) All Prices SUBJECT to CHANGE at any TIME, Per Site Amin.
14) We remain the right to modify your account information and/or balances due to evident errors in the system.
